Commercial Description:
Those of you who are fans of Flat Tail‘s award winning Dam Wild series will absolutely LOVE FlatTail‘s most recent addition to their product line, DamWild Cuvee. Similar to the Dam Wild series, this seasonal rotating Sour Blonde is fermented with a proprietary strain of Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus Buchneri and includes both lime zest and juice and raspberries. However, it takes this base beer to another level by aging it on deconstructed barrels, which adds notes of vanilla and oak tannins. Slightly more acidic and fruit forward than the standard Dam Wild series, the nuances and complexity in Dam Wild Cuvee strike a fabulous balance between sweet and sour.
